Dragan Nikolovski

Mr. Nikolovski is a Database Developer and Application Analyst at the Energy Resources
Center (ERC). Dragan Nikolovski has over 25 years of experience in the design, development
and maintenance of enterprise databases and web, desktop and database-centered
applications using SQL Server, Oracle and desktop environments. Dragan Nikolovski plays a
crucial role in the State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) Bulk
Energy Purchasing Program that the Energy Resources Center supports by providing utility
billing data management, analysis and reporting services. Dragan’s involvement includes
proposal writing, process modeling and implementation, design & development of relational
databases and accompanying desktop and web applications, report generation, data analysis,
data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL), as well as Business Intelligence efforts.
Dragan received a Bachelor of Science in geology (Petrology & Geochemistry) from the
University of Belgrade (Serbia), and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University
of Illinois at Chicago.
